Study

The renovated one-bedroom Study is available as part of a rental package deal. Please contact us to discuss pricing and availability if you are interested in renting all three cottages.

Rental Information

The renting season for the cottages begins in May and ends in October. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, and a one week minimum stay is required (discounts available for 2 week+ stays). We encourage you to think about renting during September and October—although this time is considered the low season, the Boothbay Harbor region and coast are especially beautiful and peaceful during the late summer and early fall.

Cleaning fees and the 9% Maine Rental Sales Tax are NOT included in all prices listed above.

Pets are welcome on a negotiated basis and for an additional nonrefundable pet fee of $150. Please let us know if you would like to bring your pet and we are happy to discuss that option.

Half of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking (with the signed rental agreement), and the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to rental. For more information, please read our cancellation policy and sample rental agreement.
